What Acupuncture Can Help With

Are you tired of struggling with pain that keeps getting in the way of your everyday life? Whether you're dealing with ongoing back pain, neck tension, headaches, or another source of discomfort, acupuncture can offer a natural approach to supporting your body's healing process. At our East Vancouver acupuncture clinic, we provide personalized treatments designed to address the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and help you move, feel, and live with greater comfort.

Techniques We Use

  • Cupping Therapy - Suction cups placed on the skin ease muscle tension and improve circulation.
  • Moxibustion (Moxa) - Gentle heat therapy used alongside needling to warm and move stagnant energy.
  • Tui Na (Chinese Massage) - Rhythmic, targeted bodywork that complements acupuncture for lasting relief.
  • Gua Sha - Smooth-edged tools glide over the skin to release tension and improve circulation.
  • Medical Qigong - Gentle movement and breathing practices that calm the nervous system.
  • Teishin, Gentle Needle-Free Technique - A non-insertive option for patients who are needle-shy or new to acupuncture.
