Online Booking

As of March 5, 2018 you can search for & book appointments through www.trikinetic.janeapp.com

When booking an appointment, whether by phone, email, or online, there are a few things that we will need to know right away:

  • Have you been here before?
  • If so, how long ago?
  • Since your last appointment, have there been any changes in your contact information and/or medical history?
  • What, in general terms, are you wanting to have treated?
  • Is there a particular therapist you would like to see?
  • Are there any particular days or times that would best fit your schedule?
  • Are you aware of our current rates?
  • Are you covered under MSP and/or extended health?
  • Is this visit related to an ICBC  claim?

For all new patients, we ask you to fill in the Medical Intake form, accessible through your “Welcome” email.

* If you don’t have access to a computer, please tell your therapist and plan to come in 15 minutes earlier to fill in the paper Medical Intake form.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Mastercard and Visa (through JaneApp only)
  • E-Transfer
  • Cash


We do NOT accept “Debit only” cards.

As health care professionals, we take your health very seriously and ask that you respect our time and expertise by cancelling with enough time for your appointment to be filled.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you have booked an appointment, and need to cancel it for any reason,
please let us know with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

If you are unable to do this, or if you forget your appointment,
you will be charged the entire cost of the appointment (please see Rates section for details). 

If you cancel or reschedule via voicemail/email after closing the business day preceding your appointment,
you will be charged a minimum of $50.00 per every late cancellation.

If more than three visits are cancelled without 24 hours notice, advanced payment will be required.

Illness Policy

Please remember that your RMT will not come to work if they have any symptoms of illness.  

 

We ask that you also follow these health guidelines and call to cancel your appointmentif you have more than 2 of the symptoms on the list in the Mandatory Communicable Disease Prevention Screening email.

Late Arrival Policy

As you can imagine, late arrivals can make it difficult for your RMT.

Out of respect to all of our patients, if you arrive late, your session will still be completed at the originally scheduled appointment time or you may be asked to reschedule. 

You will still be responsible for the full session fee. 
If they are able, your RMT may choose to accommodate you for the time change.

*If you have extended health benefits and you miss your appointment, we cannot bill your healthcare provider. We cannot bill insurance providers for a service we did not provide to you. You will be responsible for the no show/late cancellation fees.

Courtesy Reminder Policy

As a courtesy, we offer email and text reminders to the patient.

 

These reminders should be considered a “bonus” to keep you on track with your schedule and should not be relied upon as your sole method of knowing when your appointment is.

Privacy Policy

At Trikinetic, we are committed to providing our patients with exceptional service. 

As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information about our patients, protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities.

Please note that our policy applies only to Trikinetic Massage Therapy ( trikinetic.ca ) and not to the websites of other organisations to which we may have provided links.
