Interns are body workers on their way to becoming Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs).

Interns have completed over 2300 hours in their Massage Therapy Program.

They offer Massage treatments while they wait to take their licensing exams to becoming fully registered practitioners.

Intern massage therapy is an affordable option for patients looking for quality care at a reduced rate. Treatments are provided by advanced massage therapy students who have completed over 2,300 hours of training and are gaining clinical experience while preparing for their licensing exams. Because interns are not yet fully registered, treatments are offered at a lower cost, making this a great choice for those without extended health coverage or seeking low-cost massage therapy in East Vancouver.

An Intern Massage is a great alternative to a standard Registered Massage Therapy treatment

  Especially good for patients:

  • without extended health coverage
  • who have exhausted their annual benefits
  • wanting treatments between usual RMT appointments
  • who want relaxation & to de-stress
  • wanting all of the physical & emotional benefits of a RMT session without the cost

Intern treatments are offered at a reduced rate

*Please note that Student Intern treatments are Not covered by any insurance provider
